HANDS AND FEET
 
Take time to give your hands and feet some special attention. Treatment to make your hands and feet look and feel good.  
 
MANICURE
 
A basic manicure to tidy up the hands, includes nail shaping and cuticle treatment (no polish). Full manicure to include nail shaping, cuticle treatment, hand and arm massage, polish. Repolish only.
 
PEDICURE
 
(does not include removal of excess hard skin, corns etc.,). Basic Pedicure to tidy the feet, foot spa, nail shaping and cuticle treatment (no polish).  Full Pedicure as above plus lower leg/foot massage and polish. Luxury Pedicure - Foot Spa, nail shaping, cuticles. Stone Therapy massage to lower leg/foot and polish.
 
WAXING
 
Hair removed by way of gentle warm wax, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth. Choose from: Full leg wax, 3/4 leg wax, Top half leg wax, Lower half leg wax. Bikini line wax, Underarm wax, Forearm wax. Eyebrow wax and Back wax.
 
EYES
 
Treatment to enhance the eye area. Choose from Eyebrow shaping, Eyebrow tinting. Eyelash tinting (tints require skin test prior to treatment).
 

FACIAL SKIN CARE   

 

An essential method of skin care with specialised Aloe Vera products to restore, renew and recondition your individual skin type. Basic 1 hour facial - Cleanse, tone, exfoliate, relaxing massage to face, neck and shoulders, face mask, toner replenishing oil and moisturiser. Luxury 1 hour facial - Treatment combined to soothe, nourish and rebalance the skin with a therapeutic hot/cold stone massage to face, shoulders, neck and scalp. A restful experience.

 

 

SWEDISH BODY MASSAGE             

Working all areas of major muscle groups with a combination of massage movements to meet individual needs, a very beneficial, calming and relieving massage treatment. Full Body Massage, Mind and Body balancing, a wonderful way to totally relax and unwind. Top to toe treatment (1 hr 15 mins). Luxury Back Massage, A combination massage with relaxation to back, neck, arms and hands, rhythmic movements to scalp and gentle face strokes to complete (45 mins). Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage, Gentle body brushing to back of arms & back area to aid stimulation of nerve endings, followed by soothing massage techniques (45 mins). Relaxation Massage, Designed to ease tension, relieve anxiety and stress (30 mins).

 

 

MASSAGE TREATMENT
TH Stone Therapy Massage. Deeply relaxing, exciting new massage experience with use of Hot and Cold mineral stones to bring about total balance of the body, emotionally and physically. Warm stone therapy is an effective cleansing treatment working on deep tissue levels more quickly, achieving longer lasting results. A blissful massage experience. Full body top to toe, stone treatment experience (1hr 30 mins). Back, neck and shoulders (30 mins). Stone treatment massage of choice (1 hour).
 
 
REIKI
 
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning 'universal life energy' and is healing energy.Reiki is a non-invasive therapy and is usually carried out with the client lying down or sitting in a comfortable and peaceful environment. No clothing needs to be removed.
The therapist places their hands in a series of positions on or over the body. The recipient draws in as much Reiki as is needed. Energy flows through all living things and is vital to the well being of life.      
The Reiki therapist will tap into the energy through their hands and transfer it for the benefit of the recipient to stimulate the body's own natural healing potential. The energy goes to the deepest levels of a person's being where illnesses have their origin. It works wherever the recipient needs it most, releasing blocked energies.
Reiki can accelerate the healing of physical problems, balancing mental and emotional conditions to give a sense of well-being.
Reiki is a gentle energy and may be used safely by all ages. This complimentary therapy may be used alongside conventional medication or natural remedies. However Reiki does not take the place of conventional medicines. A GP should always be consulted for an acute or infectious condition, or problems of urgent concern.
Reiki may be felt as a flow of energy, mild tingling, warmth, coolness, other sensations or nothing at all. Reiki is a safe natural form of deep relaxation, easing away stress and anxiety, re balancing mind and body.
Choose between a 30 minute or a 75 minute treatment.
 
 
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
 
An ancient art of relaxation that has developed to include massage to the shoulders, neck, arms, head and face. A seated massage bringing relief from muscle tension in neck or shoulders. Indian head massage can aid restful sleep, ease headaches and eyestrain. A non intrusive massage leaving you feeling relaxed, rebalanced and revitalised. (30 mins).
