The Six Bells in the Tower were cast between 1686 and 1690. They are now in dire need of restoration for which an appeal is being launched. CROPREDY SCHOOL
Cropredy Church of England (controlled) Primary School is situated at the end of Station Road. The School has expanded over the years and now includes a computer suite, five attractive classrooms, a purpose built Foundation Stage Unit (in partnership with Cropredy Playgroup) and extensive and attractive grounds, including an outdoor swimming pool. As well as Cropredy, the School also serves the outlying villages of Wardington, Great Bourton, Little Bourton, Mollington and Claydon. HISTORY OF CROPREDY
This is a NEW link to the original Mewslade website. Seasoned visitors and residents will be well aware of all the tremendous work Pam Keegan has undertaken over many years to record and archive 'everything Cropredy'. Pam and her husband, Mark, now feel they can no longer carry on with the administration of their website and have donated it to us and requested it be incorporated in to the Cropredy Village website for posterity. MODEL PUBLICATION

SCHEME 2009

ADOPTION OF MODEL PUBLICATION SCHEME 2008: all Parish Councils had to adopt a Publication Scheme in 2002 and we are now required to up-date this and put the information on the web-site. The PC is required to adopt the Model Publication Scheme 2008 as produced by the Information Commissioner's Office with effect from 1 January 2009 and the Clerk has prepared a draft of this document adapted for Cropredy.
